Include the app version, your Windows version, the steps you took, what you expected and what happened. A screenshot can help—check it for personal information before sharing. Do not send passwords, pairing codes, recovery keys or private files.

Connecting Browser and Shield?

Update both apps, keep them open under the same Windows user, and use a fresh code. The current installed apps finish pairing automatically. Follow the setup guide.
